1.      The lottery will take place from Thursday, November 13th at 9:00am until November 11th, 2026 at 6:00pm. The Weekly Raffle winning number will be announced on the OSEG Foundation’s website (https://osegfoundation.ca/50-50/#winning) on Wednesdays at 6:15pm.

2.      The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Catch the Ace Raffle or Weekly Raffle:

      Employees of the OSEG Foundation

      Persons under the age of 18

      Intoxicated Persons

3.      Tickets are:

      1 raffle number for $5

      5 raffle numbers for $10

      20 raffle numbers for $20.

4.      Catch the Ace Raffle consists of 2 raffles.

      A Weekly Raffle consisting of 20% of gross weekly sales.

      A Progressive Catch the Ace Raffle consisting of 30% of gross weekly sales plus any carry over of previous weeks Catch the Ace Raffle jackpot.

5.      In order to qualify for a chance to win the Catch the Ace raffle patrons must purchase a ticket for the current Weekly Raffle.

6.      Prior to the first Weekly Raffle one deck of 52 digital playing cards will be placed into individual digital envelopes randomly numbered 1 to 52 inclusive and will be on display online on the Catch the Ace in Support of Autism Moves website.

7.      The winning Catch the Ace card shall be noted as the Ace of Spades.

8.      Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle systems supplied by Bump Worldwide Inc. an approved vendor in Ontario.

9.      Weekly Raffle tickets will be available to online on the Catch the Ace in Support of Autism Moves website.

10.  During online checkout process customer shall select an envelope number from remaining Catch the Ace Raffle Envelopes. This shall denote the purchasers selected envelope to be opened should their Weekly Raffle number be selected as the Weekly Raffle winner.

11.  Online purchases shall be made by Credit or Debit Card exclusively.

12.  After purchase, patrons will be provided a digital receipt with their registered Weekly Raffle numbers from Bump Worldwide’s Random Selection System, digital receipt shall also denote the envelope number selected during the checkout process. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

13.  The Weekly Raffle winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for that Weekly Raffle.

14.  The Weekly Raffle winner shall be awarded the Weekly Raffle prize amount stipulate in (4).

15.  The Electronic Raffle System shall digitally open the Weekly Raffle winner’s selected envelope number.

      Should that digital envelope contain the designated winning card noted in (7) the Weekly Raffle winner shall also be awarded the Catch The Ace Raffle prize and the Raffle is concluded.

      Should the envelope NOT contain the designated winning card noted in (7):

                                                              i.      The card and envelope number in the envelope are removed from being a valid selection from future Weekly Raffles

                                                             ii.      The current Weekly Raffle is complete, a new Weekly Raffle shall commence at the appropriate licensed time with the Catch the Ace Raffle Jackpot carrying over.

  1. The estimated amount of the Weekly Raffle prize will be shown on the Catch the Ace in Support of Autism Moves website.
  2. The estimated amount of the Catch the Ace progressive prize will be shown on the Catch the Ace in Support of Autism Moves website
  3. All winners (Weekly Raffle and Catch the Ace Raffle) shall be contacted by the telephone and/or email address provided during the ticket purchase checkout process.
  4. Should there be any dispute over the identify of the purchaser of a winning ticket for either a Weekly Raffle or Catch the Ace Raffle the issue will be forwarded to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and appropriate authorities for guidance.
  5. The Weekly Raffle ticket holder has six months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for.
  6. The Catch the Ace Raffle winner has six months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for.
  7. When a winning ticket is presented, the winner must: show 1 piece of government issue ID proving their age to be over 18, complete an OSEG Foundation Catch the Ace Prize Claim Form and complete an Electronic Funds Payment Form.
  8. If a winner (Weekly Raffle or Catch the Ace Raffle) cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided or the six months time period to claim a prize is expired as outlined in item 20.
  9. In the event that no winner (Weekly Raffle or Catch the Ace Raffle) comes forward, funds will be held for six months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be dispersed appropriately with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of your State/Province.
  10. All prizes to be paid by electronic funds transfer and must be accepted as awarded

26.  All prize winners agree to have their name and prize information publicized by the OSEG Foundation.

27.  Seeding: The OSEG Foundation will seed the Catch the Ace Raffle jackpot with $2,500.

APPENDIX A – WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION

How do Subscriptions Work? 

When you purchase your tickets, you will have the chance to subscribe for automatic purchases for future draws.  

To subscribe to purchase tickets, proceed through the checkout process. Before you proceed to provide payment details, you will be given the option to subscribe to future raffles. Select the price point you wish to subscribe to, the quantity you wish to purchase each draw, and continue to purchase your tickets. You will be subscribed for future draws using the payment method selected for your purchase. 

Your subscription purchases will begin with the next raffle. 

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go into your account and unsubscribe. You can access or create your account at any time on the website by clicking on the Subscription Account link on the top of the web page. 

You can also unsubscribe by sending us an emailcontaining the receipt of your ticket purchases. Make sure you send it from the email address you used to subscribe. 

If your credit card is declined, your raffle ticket purchase will not be processed, and you will be automatically unsubscribed from your raffle subscription. To re-subscribe, you will need to go through the subscription process once again and provide your updated credit card details. 

Your credit card on file will only be charged when the Raffle opens and is triggered by the Foundation. You will be charged once on the day that the draw opens. Should you wish to purchase additional tickets, you can do so through the checkout process and make another purchase. 

You will have the option to pick the price point you wish to subscribe to, the quantity you wish to purchase, as well as the amount of different price points you wish to purchase. 

The user will be assigned the initial envelope selected during the first purchase for the duration of the subscription. If the user's envelope is selected during the draw process, they are automatically assigned the next highest envelope remaining and sent an email with the new envelope selection. This email will be a Shipping Confirmation with new verbiage identifying a new envelope selection has been assigned to their subscription.

 

Do people need an account for subscriptions (no express checkout)? 

An account is required for subscription management (i.e. cancelling subscription). The account is created after the subscription is created; the user does not create an account to initiate the subscription. All payment methods will be available.
